By submitting a booking request, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is only considered confirmed after written confirmation by AP-Rides via email, WhatsApp or telephone.

Pricing

All prices are provided as fixed prices unless otherwise agreed. Additional services requested after confirmation may result in extra charges.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pickup location, destination, contact details and travel time.

Delays

AP-Rides is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, severe weather or circumstances beyond our control.

Damage

Customers may be held responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence during the journey.
